The PRM group focuses on the identification of new molecules and synergistic cocktails of molecules that could slow down, stop or even reverse the aging process. We are also investigating all the possible cause of cellular aging to provide a more solid ground and potential new targets for this identification of molecules. We are especially interested in stem cells, cellular recycling mechanisms, mitochondria and cellular senescence. The search for new active compounds which could either prevent age-related disease or help for regeneration is at the heart of our activity.
